Cancellation Policy

The patient, when scheduling an online appointment, must make the payment in a maximum of 90 minutes. If this time expires, the appointment is automatically cancelled.

By default, we follow the following payment and refund policies:

In case of cancellation or by the patient

  • More than 12 hours before the consultation: 100% of the consultation fee is refunded

  • Less than 12 hours before the consultation: no refund of the consultation fee is made.

In case the patient reschedules an appointment

  • More than 12 hours before the appointment: the appointment is rescheduled.

  • Less than 12 hours before the appointment: no rescheduling of the appointment is made and will be considered as completed.

In case the patient does not attend the appointment

  • There is no refund or rescheduling.

In case the specialist or clinic cancels the appointment

  • The patient is always entitled to reimbursement. 

In case the specialist or clinic reschedules the appointment

  • The patient can request a refund or use the payment already made for the appointment that has been rescheduled.

In case the specialist does not attend the appointment

  • The patient must request a refund.
